1. Our products

We make custom-printed wallpaper and wall murals. Every order is printed to the wall size you give us, in the finish you choose (Smooth, Canvas Texture or Leather Texture). Because each order is made specially for you, it cannot be resold.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown per square foot in Indian Rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Your final price depends on the wall width and height you enter and the finish you select.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Your order and measurements

  • Please measure your wall carefully before ordering. We recommend adding a few extra inches for trimming during installation.
  • Where needed, we may share a design preview or confirm the crop and position of the artwork with you before printing.
  • Printing starts only after your order details are confirmed. After printing starts, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed wallpaper. This is normal for all screens and printing processes and is not treated as a defect.

4. Delivery

We deliver free across India. Delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, damage and replacements

As every wallpaper is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will reprint the affected part. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
