  Yes! We provide fully custom-sized wallpaper & mural printing based on your wall measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  
  
• How do I measure my wall for wallpaper?
  Measure the height from floor to ceiling and width across the wall. Include extra (2–3 inches recommended) for trim and cutting.
  
  
• Can you design wallpaper using my image or photo?
  Yes, you can upload your own image or photo to transform it into a custom wallpaper design. Ensure the resolution is high for best print quality.
  
  
• Are your wallpapers safe for homes, kids, and pets?
  Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, odor-free inks, making our wallpapers safe for homes, children’s rooms, and pet-friendly environments.

  Yes. We provide a digital preview/mockup for approval before printing (for custom mural orders).

• Do you offer wallpaper samples?
  we offer wallpaper samples on request. Samples help you check the material texture, print quality, and color accuracy before placing a full-size order.

• Do you provide installation services?
  We do not provide on-site installation. However, we can help you connect with a nearby wallpaper installer in Tier 1 cities in India (Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai).
  For other locations, installers can be easily found through Google or social media platforms.
  
  
• What are charges for wallpaper installation?
  Wallpaper installation charges vary based on location and total area. On average, the cost is approximately ₹10–₹15 per square foot or for minimum Amount ₹500-₹800.
  Installation charges are paid directly by the customer to the installer.
  
  
• Do you provide installation instructions?
  Yes. Detailed installation guidelines are included with every order.
  
  
• Do I need to prepare my walls before installation?
  Yes — walls should be clean, dry, smooth, and free of cracks, dirt, or flaking paint for the best adhesion.
  
  
• Can wallpaper be installed over existing wallpaper?
  No, old wallpaper should be removed first. This ensures proper adhesion and finish. 
  
  
• How do I clean my wallpaper?
  Use a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
  Avoid harsh chemicals, scrubbing, or abrasive cleaners.
  
  
• Will wallpaper fade over time?
  Our wallpapers are fade-resistant. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause gradual fading over many years.
  
  
• Can wallpaper be installed on moisture-prone or damp walls?
  No, wallpaper should not be installed on moisture-prone or damp walls. The wall must be completely dry, smooth, and properly sealed to ensure good adhesion and long-lasting results.

• How long does printing take?
  Printing usually takes 2–3 business days after design approval.
  
  
• Are wallpapers printed in panels?
  Yes. Wallpapers are printed in easy-to-install vertical panels, clearly numbered for correct placement.
  
  
• Do you ship internationally?
  Currently, HomeDecoram delivers within India only.
  If you require delivery outside India, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  
  
• Will I receive tracking details?
  Yes. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  
  

• How long does delivery take?
  Printing and dispatch take 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  Ordering & Payments

   

• How do I place an order?
  It’s very simple. Just choose your design, select the material, enter your wall dimensions (width × height in inches), and place the order.
  
  
• Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
  No, we do not offer COD. All our wallpapers are custom-made, so orders must be prepaid.

• Do you accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations?
  Since all wallpapers are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
